Natalie Fitzwater PM, SA, MS is an accomplished project manager and consultant with extensive experience in government and healthcare projects. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Virginia Information Technologies Agency, Natalie oversees initiatives related to substance use disorder and accessibility for state health agencies. As a Senior Consultant at Impact Makers, Natalie implements the Program Management Office for the Virginia Identity Project and has contributed to the development of transformative objectives for educational initiatives under Governor Glenn Youngkin. Previous roles include Program Manager for Signify Health and Director of Business Development at Life Care Centers of America, with a strong background in fundraising and healthcare services.
