As the Managing Director of Roni Chambers LLC since 2013, Roni developed a comprehensive career transition program that has successfully coached over 500 professionals across various career stages. Roni also contributed to the non-profit sector as Volunteer Executive Director of GO! Network, focusing on providing essential resources and support to unemployed individuals. Roni's extensive experience in Human Resources at Anheuser-Busch, encompassing various divisional leadership roles, laid a strong foundation for empowering employee success and promoting diversity. Roni holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership from Maryville University of Saint Louis and has further training from the Center for Creative Leadership.
