Marcy Travis is a seasoned career coach currently working for IMPACT Group since September 2019 and as a Certified Career Coach at Discover Your Best Work Options since June 2014. With extensive experience in employment services, Marcy served as a Labor Service Representative at New York State's Department of Employment & Workforce Solutions from 1996 to 2017, providing vital employment services to veterans and job seekers, and conducting workshops on job search practices. Additionally, Marcy held various roles at AT&T between 1989 and 1996, including Program Manager and Technical Sales Specialist, achieving significant revenue increases and contract successes.
