Allison Hackleman, G.I.T. is an experienced professional in the field of geotechnical engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Impact Development Management, LLC since October 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Geotechnical Engineer at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC from July 2022 to October 2024, and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Mississippi from January 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included teaching Physical and Historical Geology. Earlier in their career, Allison worked as a Fast Food Team Member at a Chick-fil-A franchise from May 2017 to March 2021. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and an Associate's degree in General Studies from South Louisiana Community College.
