Ciera Shanks is an experienced project manager currently working at IMPACT Community Action since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing youth workforce development programs, managing program budgets, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Ciera also serves as an OSY Coach for the Achieve More & Prosper program at New Generation Kids, LLC, and has owned Action for Children since December 2021. Previous roles include Parent Partner at Action for Children, Ancillary Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at EDEN COUNSELING CENTERS, and Administrative Assistant to the Chief Accountability Officer at Columbus City Schools. Ciera's career began as a Center Relations Coordinator at Heavenly Kids Center for Learning. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Franklin University, expected to graduate in May 2027.
