Storm Arthur currently serves as the Associate Manager of Technical Writing at impact.com since November 2020, leading a team responsible for the help center and developer portal. Prior to this role, Storm held various positions, including Team Lead and Technical Writer at IntelliAcc from July 2014 to October 2020. Storm earned a National Senior Certificate from Eden Technical College (formerly P.W. Botha College) between 2005 and 2009.
