Kaerlin McCormick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, and investment advisory. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy at Immutable since May 2022, Kaerlin oversees C-level advisory and company strategy. Previously held positions include Chief of Staff at Immutable, where responsibilities included managing a 100-person organization and overseeing a multi-million dollar P&L. Kaerlin is also an Investment Committee Member at Arbor Capital and has held significant roles at Josephmark as Head of Investments and Corporate Development, and as an Independent Consultant advising on M&A, IPOs, and capital raising. Additional experience includes corporate advisory for Microba during its IPO, growth strategy at Riot Games, and legal practice at Herbert Smith Freehills. Kaerlin holds an MBA in Finance from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, an LLB (Hons) and a BA in Political Science from The University of Queensland, and completed an exchange program at Yale School of Management.
