Vadim Nazarov has worked in a variety of roles in the biotech and AI fields since 2013. Vadim began their career as a Bioinformatics Researcher at the Shemyakin-Ovchinnikov Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, RAS, where they designed and developed computational and statistical methods for immune receptor repertoires data analysis, wrote scientific articles, and managed a team of 5 bioinformaticians and machine learning student researchers. Vadim then moved on to MiLaboratory as a Software Developer before becoming a Data Science Team Lead and AI Strategy Advisor at Freelance in 2017. In 2018, Vadim co-founded ImmunoMind, a UC Berkeley SkyDeck alumnus company with offices in the US and Poland, where they served as CEO and focused on the identification of complex cell populations with desired properties. In 2021, Vadim joined Berkeley SkyDeck as an Alumni Council Member and Biotech/AI for Drug Discovery, helping to build a thriving ecosystem of biotech founders, and also became a Venture Partner at Alignment Ventures, LLC. Lastly, Vadim also served as an AI Strategy Advisor and Director of Artificial Intelligence at Tensorpad.

Vadim Nazarov attended the University of California, Berkeley in 2020, where they completed the SkyDeck Accelerator program. In 2021, they attended UCSF Innovation Ventures to complete the Entrepreneurship for Life Science and Healthcare Startups: Master Class Direct from Silicon Valley program, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
