Kinney Horn possesses significant experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor and Chief Business Officer at Olema Oncology since May 2020, Kinney focuses on targeted therapies for women's cancers. Prior roles include Entrepreneur in Residence at EcoR1 Capital, LLC, and Director of Business Development at Genentech Inc., where tenure lasted from January 2003 to April 2019. Kinney's background also includes work with Emerging Technology Partners, LLC, and Oscar Gruss, specializing in biotech venture capital and life science investment banking, respectively. Academically, Kinney holds a Master's of Science in Biochemistry from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington.
