Mr. Radaelli joined ImmunoGen in June 2022 to grow ImmunoGen’s business operations outside of the US and brings a wealth of expertise to the Company, with deep experience building biotech companies and bringing innovative medicines to patients worldwide. He previously served as Founder and Chairman of Pint Pharma, a specialty pharmaceutical company in Europe and Latin America, President and CEO of Dompé International, a European Biopharma company focused on oncology and rare diseases, founder of Dupont Merck in Italy, and held senior roles at Hoffman La Roche (Europe).

Mr. Radaelli holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Science and a PhD in Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Milan as well as an Executive Masters Program from SDA Bocconi University of Milan.
