Daniel Milano is a highly experienced professional in the field of process development, currently serving as Senior Director at ImmunoGen, Inc. since April 2016. Daniel has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director and Associate Director of ADC Development and Manufacturing Outsourcing, where responsibilities included managing external contract manufacturing organizations and ensuring alignment with ImmunoGen's strategic objectives. Previously, Daniel led late-stage conjugation development projects and applied statistical methodologies to support process characterization studies for antibody-drug conjugates. Daniel's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
