Stephanie McHughen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at ImmunityBio, Inc. since October 2021, after a tenure as Commercial Counsel at NantWorks from February 2017 to October 2021. Previously, Stephanie was an Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2013 to February 2017 and had a judicial internship with Justice Thomas E. Hollenhorst at the California Court of Appeal in 2011. Early career experience includes the role of Neuroscience Advisor for the University of California, Riverside Science & Law Program, and a Research Technician position at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Stephanie holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, a BSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from McGill University, and a PhD in Neurobiology from UC Irvine.
