Beate Bonkowski is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. HR Business Partner at immowelt, part of the AVIV Group, since July 2023, Beate previously held various positions at adidas group, including Manager Human Resources and Assistant HR Manager from June 2013 to July 2023. Earlier in the career, Beate worked as Assistant Director Sports & Leisure at Hogg Robinson Group from January 2011 to May 2013. Beate holds a Diplom (FH) in Betriebswirtschaft from Fachhochschule Kempten - Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, completed between 2007 and 2010.
