Bahar Werner is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the Design System at AVIV Group since April 2022. With a strong background in UI development, Bahar has held the position of Group Lead UI Development at immowelt since October 2015, as well as previously serving as a UI Developer. Earlier experience includes roles as a Werkstudent and Praktikantin at gsm design gesellschaft für neue medien mbh from October 2013 to February 2015 and a Werkstudent position at Siemens for a brief period in 2011, focusing on procurement engineering. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Media Engineering from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm and an Abitur from Pirckheimer Gymnasium.
