Caroline Beall has extensive experience in business operations, particularly in the esports and media industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Operations at Immortals since February 2019, Caroline oversees company P&L, personnel management, and business updates for leadership. Prior roles at Immortals include Director of Partnership Operations and Manager of Event Operations, where responsibilities involved managing sales conversations, project management, and leading event strategies for top esports teams. Prior to Immortals, Caroline worked at Fullscreen Media as Manager of Fullscreen Live, executing over 400 live influencer events, and held various positions including Operations Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator. Caroline began a career in media during an internship at Fullscreen, Inc., managing content conflicts and scouting talent. Caroline holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
