Ashley Gladwish currently serves as a Member (Decision-Maker) at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since December 2022. Previously, Ashley held roles as a Crime Analyst and Researcher in Crime Analytics with the Toronto Police Service from May 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience at the Immigration and Refugee Board included serving as a Designated Representative, assisting minors and vulnerable individuals in refugee proceedings from April 2019 to May 2021. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (Juris Doctor) from the University of Sydney and a National Committee on Accreditation Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Additional experience includes strategic roles in organizations such as M&C Saatchi Australia and as a Graduate Solicitor focusing on refugee cases.
