Alison Strub is a seasoned professional in sports training and analysis, currently serving as the Senior Training and Development Lead at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd since November 2019, with a focus on badminton and volleyball. Previously, Alison held roles such as Training and Welfare Lead within the same company and gained experience as a Systems Operator at Insight Analysis, specializing in tennis match analysis. A brief tenure at IBM involved data entry for the Wimbledon Championships. Prior experience includes a significant role as a Sport Scientist and Performance Analyst for Loughborough Students' Rugby during studies at Loughborough University, where a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science was earned.
