Shivani Tholasi holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business in International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation. Currently serving as the Member Engagement and Higher Education Partnership Coordinator at the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand since June 2021, Shivani has also held a role as a Sales and Solutions Specialist, consulting on learning and development solutions. Prior to this, Shivani worked as a Sales and Retention Specialist at Concentrix, where engagement with customers focused on product interest and subscriptions. Between 2016 and 2019, Shivani managed sales events and marketing at Tholasi Jewels in India, ensuring efficient operations and inventory management while also capturing new customers through strategic marketing initiatives. Shivani's educational background includes advanced studies in Event Management and Leadership and Management, enriching a robust professional journey in sales, marketing, and management.
