Glenn's career then transitioned into the field of web development, where they worked at wetWare Digital Media as an IT Manager, Web Master, and Web Developer. Glenn managed networks, servers, and outsourcing projects while also providing consulting services for network infrastructure.

At Logicalsolutions, Glenn worked as a Web Application Architect, leading a team in building cutting-edge web applications. Glenn collaborated with project management, sales, and the executive team to ensure client satisfaction.

Glenn's experience in software engineering began at Mindex, where they focused on software design and architecture for a global enterprise application. Glenn worked on various functionalities such as authentication, change tracking, and asset management.
