Mieszko Pilch is an experienced professional in operations and data management, currently serving as Operations Manager at IMG ARENA since April 2021. In this role, Mieszko has focused on enhancing efficiency through automation and has maintained strong communication with sports league representatives and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Prior to this, Mieszko held the position of Data Collection Manager, where the development of a global data collection network was a key responsibility. Mieszko also contributed as a Tournament Data Analyst, overseeing data quality during live events for the DP World Tour. Before joining IMG ARENA, Mieszko worked at FlightScope, where responsibilities included data analysis, training new employees, and ensuring data integrity. Mieszko is also advancing education with a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Akademia Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi, expected to be completed in November 2023.
