Ahmed Al Sammarraie is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and utility project management. As the Sr. Renewable & Utility Engineering Manager at IMCORP since July 2017, Ahmed has successfully led safety and QA/QC for over 500 projects, ensuring 100% productivity and guiding the testing of grid components. In 2021, Ahmed co-founded 2VISION, a consultancy specializing in engineering and IT services, contributing to numerous successful product ownership projects. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Liberty Printing House, overseeing electrical installations, and Senior Director at Pong Boon International, managing educational lab installations across multiple universities. Ahmed holds an MBA from The Arab Academy in Denmark, additional qualifications in mechanical engineering from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Baghdad.
