Tayler Jennings, PHR is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in recruitment and finance. Currently serving as a University Recruiter at IMC Trading since May 2022, Tayler previously worked at Morgan Stanley as a Recruiter for Sales & Trading in North America, leading experienced recruitment for the Fixed Income Division. Prior roles include recruiting at Citadel LLC and working as a Universal Banker and in the Retail Banking Development Program at BMO Harris Bank. Tayler began a career in youth counseling at Wickham Elementary Before and After School Program. Tayler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Iowa and has education experience at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
