Paul Bower started their career in 1997 at IBM Global Services, where they underwent a graduate training program and gained experience as a Systems Test Analyst, Business Analyst, Analyst/Programmer, and Developer for various projects. Paul then worked as a Business Consultant at Lynx Financial Systems from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2010, Paul worked at DLA Piper as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager. At Irwin Mitchell, they held roles as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2012 and as a Solutions Architect from 2012 to 2014. Paul then joined Tikit, where they worked as a Senior Business Consultant from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Paul is employed at iManage as a Global Account Director, responsible for managing strategic relationships with large multinational customers.

Paul Bower received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Product Design & Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University. Paul attended the university from 1993 to 1997. Their field of study focused on engineering.
