Joshua Cordoba has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joshua is currently employed at iManage as a Cloud Platform Engineer since March 2022. In this role, they are responsible for providing support and solutions for customers' system deployment projects, as well as scaling and sizing software infrastructures.

Prior to this, Joshua worked at iManage as a Staff Support Engineer from February 2020 to March 2022. In this role, they collaborated effectively with customer engineers and system integrators, sized infrastructures, and provided solutions for observability and enhancements.

Before joining iManage, Joshua held the position of Senior Support Programmer from July 2018 to February 2020. Joshua maintained deep technical knowledge in various areas such as Microsoft Windows Servers, networking, relational databases, cloud infrastructure, and web technologies. Joshua also proactively assisted customers and internal teams to avoid or reduce problems.

Joshua's earlier experience includes working as a Worksite iManage Certified System Engineer at Tek Experts from July 2015 to July 2018. Joshua also served as a SW Technical Consultant III - Autonomy Worksite at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 2013 to July 2015, where they provided detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions and led technical projects.

Furthermore, Joshua has experience as a BlackBerry Enterprise Server Analyst at Teleperformance Costa Rica from October 2011 to September 2013, where they worked with enterprise solutions for BlackBerry OS and provided support and technical configurations to clients.

Joshua's early career includes working at Convergys as a Paypal team member from August 2010 to April 2011 and at Stream Global Services as a Time Warner team member from September 2008 to August 2010.

Joshua Cordoba's education history is as follows:

- From 2010 to 2014, Joshua attended Universidad Tecnológica Costarricense, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering.

- Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, Joshua attended Colegio Tecnico Profesional de Quepos and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Services Management.

- In 2021, Joshua enrolled in MIT xPRO and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Programming, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
