Sangati Gandhi has been working in the pharmaceutical industry since 2009. Sangati began their career as a Formulation Scientist at Novel Labs in 2009. In 2011, they joined Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Care as a Product Development Scientist. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Xcelience, LLC as a Formulator II. In 2020, they moved to PharmaVisory, LLC as a Principal CMC Consultant. Since 2021, they have been working at Imago BioSciences, Inc. as a Director Program Management, and at IGM Biosciences, Inc. as a Project Manager.

Sangati Gandhi attended Gujarat University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a B.S. in Pharmacy. Sangati then attended St. John's University from 2006 to 2008.
