Tim Ho is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior System Administrator at Imagine360 since March 2020, which was previously known as Group & Pension Administrators, Tim has cultivated a strong technical skill set over the years. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Marsh McLennan Agency from February 2007 to March 2020, including Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure and Senior Network Administrator, formerly part of MHBT. Tim's career also includes significant contributions as Director of IT and Senior Systems Engineer at Cyberdyne Systems from August 2000 to February 2007, as well as experience as a System Administrator at TimeSpace, LLC from September 1997 to August 2000. Tim's academic foundation includes studies at Tarrant County College from 1995 to 1997.
