Pat Ayling possesses extensive experience in production management within the live events and theatre industries. Currently serving as a Senior Production Manager at Identity since January 2022, Pat has also held the role of Director/Senior Production Manager at Cool Production Services Ltd since September 2012. Prior experience includes Senior Production Manager at Imagination, managing live events from concept to reconciliation, and Project Manager at Terry Murphy Scenery for West End show set building. Pat's background also includes a significant role as Production Manager at Cameron Mackintosh Ltd, overseeing the transfer of Les Miserables from The Palace Theatre to the Queens Theatre between 2004 and 2006.
