Kyle Kranda has worked in the IT industry since 2006. Kyle began their career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as a Senior Development Lead - OnBase, where they were responsible for technical requirements gathering from users and solution design, training and technical guidance for junior developers, and developing small to large scale OnBase solutions based on customer requirements. In 2018, they moved to Insight Global as an OnBase Developer. A year later, they joined OakTree Staffing & Training in the same role. Kyle currently works as a System Engineer at ImageSoft, Inc.

Kyle Kranda obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from North Dakota State University between 2002 and 2007. In February 2015, they obtained an OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface (OCAPI) certification from Hyland, creator of OnBase.
