Tara Lizardi began their work experience in 2009 as a Production Intern at CBS News. In 2010, they worked as a Freelance Artist/ Esthetician at Benefit Cosmetics. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a MAC Cosmetics Retail Manager and Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics. Since 2014, they have been with Image Skincare where they initially worked as a Sales Coordinator and later moved on to become a Corporate Accounts Manager.

Tara Lizardi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Westfield State University, graduating in 2010.
