Manish Dev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Client Services Manager at iMAD Research since September 2019, Manish has also held roles as Manager - Client Services and Business Development Manager, focusing on account management, bid management, client servicing, and talent acquisition. Prior to this, Manish worked at American Express from April 2012 to August 2019 as a Senior Analyst in Global Regulatory and Policy Assurance, ensuring compliance with federal regulations through conducting regulatory business self-testing and procedural monitoring. Manish holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the London School of Business and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Ramjas College.
