Shanna Higgs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and wellness coaching. Since September 2018, Shanna has been serving as a Real Estate Consultant at Realty ONE Group Grand and previously with eXp Realty until August 2022. In addition to real estate, Shanna is a Health and Wellness Coach at IMAC Regeneration Centers since October 2022. With a strong background in yoga, Shanna has been a Certified Yoga Therapist at Agama Yoga Healing Center since December 2016 and an Agama Yoga Instructor since May 2016, offering a variety of classes and therapeutic sessions. Shanna's expertise also encompasses Tantra-Hatha Yoga, Women's Sacred Practices, and Pilates through Soul Traveling + Unraveling... since 2012. Educational qualifications include multiple certifications in therapeutic and traditional yoga, GYROTONIC® training, and a recent certification in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.
