Deanna Sue

Technical Support Specialist at iLobby® Facility & Visitor Management

Deanna Sue has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as an Operations Agent at RBC, where they handled administrative tasks and managed client accounts. In 2019, they served as a Logistic Coordinator at Euro Asia Transload Inc., overseeing scheduling, inventory management, and stakeholder communication. Later that year, they worked as a Business Analyst Associate at CTO Boost™, where they conducted market research, created reports, and performed quality assurance tests. In 2021, Deanna worked as an Information Technology Help Desk at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, providing IT support. Deanna then transitioned to being a Network Analyst at Techcom, where they managed user systems, performed network testing, and maintained security solutions. Currently, Deanna is working as a Technical Support Specialist at iLobby® Facility & Visitor Management.

Deanna Sue has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University. Deanna also holds another Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in October 2022.
