Kristiina Halonen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in work ability, risk management, and rehabilitation. Currently serving as EVP of Work Ability Risk Management and Rehabilitation at Ilmarinen since June 2018, Kristiina previously held various leadership roles at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health from November 2014 to June 2018, focusing on work ability and disability prevention. Prior to this, Kristiina worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Pertec-Consulting and owned People Risk Management PRM, while also serving as Head of Business Development at BPM Group Oy /ODUM. Additional experience includes roles in HR and research at Lääkärikeskus-Yhtymä and eQ Online Oyj. Kristiina holds a Doctor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University and a Master of Science in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
