Francesco Mandia has a strong background in digital marketing and innovation. Francesco is currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Innovation & Performance Marketing at ¾±±ô±ô²â³¦²¹´Ú´Úè since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Head of Digital Marketing & Content Platforms at ¾±±ô±ô²â³¦²¹´Ú´Úè from October 2020 to October 2023. Before joining ¾±±ô±ô²â³¦²¹´Ú´Úè, Mandia worked at Lavazza for nearly 9 years, starting as a Digital Transformation Manager from August 2011 to June 2018, and later advancing to the role of Digital Marketing Manager from June 2018 to October 2020. Francesco began their career at Accenture as a Senior IT Management Consultant from June 2005 to August 2011.
Francesco Mandia completed their Master's degree in Information Technology from the Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale in the years 1998-2004. Additionally, they pursued further studies in Information Technology at the University of Aberdeen from 2000-2001.
