Federica Monza has worked in various roles across different companies. Federica started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Mc Donalds in 2005. In 2006, they joined Reckitt Benckiser as an Assistant Brand Manager for Laundry Detergent. In the same year, they also joined Lactalis Nestlé Prodotti Freschi (LNPF) as a Brand Manager for Galbi. In 2009, they were promoted to Senior Brand Manager and handled Frùttolo & La Laitière brands. In 2011, they moved to Stock Spirits Group and worked as a Senior Brand Manager for Keglevich and Limoncè brands. In 2017, they joined ¾±±ô±ô²â³¦²¹´Ú´Úè as a Global Group Product Manager and then in 2019, they became a Strategic Marketing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Market Accelerators at ¾±±ô±ô²â³¦²¹´Ú´Úè, where they are responsible for designing and executing strategic business plans for key focus countries. Federica'smarket knowledge is utilized to identify areas of growth and opportunity.
Federica Monza obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi, studying from 1999 to 2004.
