Gokul Shekar is an experienced professional in the fields of sales, project delivery, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management. Currently serving as the Head of ESG & Climate Change at The Carbon Collective Company since February 2022 and as an Author at illuminem since August 2023, Gokul previously held key positions such as Regional Sales Director at WISDOM and Director of Project Delivery at DC Consult & Services Private Limited. With earlier roles including Sales Director for APAC and Divisional Director for MENA at Fleming, as well as sales management positions at IQPC Middle East and GDS International, Gokul has demonstrated strong leadership and sales capabilities throughout a diverse career. Educational credentials include a BBM in Marketing and Sales from Bangalore University and ongoing studies in Introduction to ESG at the Corporate Finance Institute.
