Anusha Dubey is an Engagement Associate at Illumine Knowledge Resources since March 2023, previously a Founding Member at Spotlyt Academy, where a pilot program successfully acquired around 1000 students and collaborated with seven schools across India by developing innovative hands-on courses. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting, conducting due diligence and strategy initiatives for global clients, and holding multiple leadership roles at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Anusha served as the DAMP Cabinet Head, Institute Secretary for Academic Affairs, and various mentorship positions, demonstrating exceptional organizational and mentoring skills recognized by the Dean's Special Mention award. Anusha holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
