Margaret Pfeiffer is a Registered Nurse bringing more than three decades of experience in the healthcare field, including nearly two decades of experience as a hospital executive. She is Vice President Clinical Operations, West Coast University and American Career College. Maragret provides oversight of clinical placement for more than 6,000 students in health programs for both institutions. She creates partnerships with clinical providers that benefit university students seeking education in the healthcare field.
Through this phase of her extensive career, she provided leadership and oversight in acute care settings while focusing on the financial turn-around of hospitals experiencing challenging times. She has advanced new programs, supervised hundreds of staff, successfully supported complex operations, and navigated hospitals through challenging periods of transition.
She attended California State University Long Beach, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and subsequently received her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University of Los Angeles. Her executive experience spans across multiple clinical settings including Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center, St. John’s Health Center, Brotman Medical Center, Good Samaritan Hospital, Verity Health System, and St. Francis Medical Center.
