John Krocak holds the position of Senior Director, Legal at Illumina since August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from November 2020 to August 2022, and various roles at Beckman Coulter including Assistant General Counsel for BEC Dx, Assistant General Counsel for Transactions, and Senior Counsel from May 2015 to November 2020. Prior to that, John Krocak was Counsel at Amgen from January 2013 to May 2015 and held positions at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from September 2005 to January 2013, eventually becoming a Partner. Early experience includes internships at the Illinois State Appellate Defender, Eide Bailly LLP, and Deloitte & Touche. John Krocak earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BSB in Accounting and Visual Arts from the University of Minnesota.
