Erin Kroll is an experienced technology and operations leader currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the CIO at Illumina since July 2023. Prior to this role, Erin was the Chief Information Officer at RAZR from September 2021 to July 2023. Erin's extensive experience at UnitedHealth Group from 2011 to 2021 includes positions such as Chief of Staff to the CIO, Senior Director of Business PMO, Director of the Regulatory Implementation Office, and Consultant-Sr. Project Manager, focusing on strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness. Earlier career highlights include serving as Interim IT Director at Marketing Architects and holding various leadership roles at Carlson Marketing and HighJump Software.
