Wilfred Lipenga is an experienced professional in human resources and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist, HR Business Partner, and HR Officer at Illovo Sugar Africa since November 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Officer at Bollore Africa Logistics Malawi Limited and G4S Secure Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed industrial relations, recruitment, training, and performance management. Wilfred also contributed as a Part-Time Lecturer at the Polytechnic, teaching development courses and specializing in community-related subjects.
