David Crouch is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Illinois Venture Capital Association and D&W Fine Pack, David also holds the position of Managing Director at Mid Oaks Investments LLC, where responsibilities include deal sourcing and managing investment banking relationships. Prior roles include Director at BMO Capital Markets, focusing on investment and corporate banking, as well as Banking Officer at Bank of America, specializing in corporate banking and financial sponsors coverage. David’s early career began as a Product Engineer at Chrysler, where program and project management skills were developed. Education includes an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
