Meghan Baynes is a seasoned professional in legal operations, currently serving as a Legal Operations Analyst at ITW since July 2023. Prior to this role, Meghan held the position of Legal Operations Manager at Optiver from August 2019 to May 2023 and has experience as a Paralegal. Meghan's career began at Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd. as a Legal Assistant from July 2015 to August 2019. Additional experience includes roles as Business Manager and Business Management Intern at Stage Left Theatre, as well as positions as Resident Assistant and Finance Assistant during Meghan's time at Loyola University Chicago, where a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management was earned from 2011 to 2015. Meghan graduated from Warren Township High School in 2011.
