Brandon LaMar

VP, Corporate Development at ILC Dover

As Vice President of Corporate Development, Brandon LaMar leads mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnership initiatives on behalf of the company. Primary responsibilities include negotiating and structuring transactions, conducting underwriting and due diligence activities, coordinating acquisition resources across the business to ensure successful outcomes, and implementing best practices for successful integration. He brings a breadth of experiences in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Brandon previously served as Vice President for Boathouse Capital, a leading Philadelphia-based private equity firm where he led numerous successful investments. Previously, he worked in investment banking with Harris Williams & Co. and various corporate finance roles for General Motors. Brandon earned an MBA from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
