David Doucette, THRP, has diverse experience in education, training, and employee development. Currently serving as Benefits Supervisor at ilani, David has also held roles including Career Development Specialist and Training & Communications Specialist. Prior teaching experience includes a position at Lanakila Baptist High School, along with tutoring roles at James Campbell High School and Ilima Intermediate, focusing on AVID programs. Additional experience includes serving as Event Coordinator for the Activities Council at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
