Adrienne Olvera-Gordon, CTFL, has over 24 years of work experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Adrienne most recently served as a Software Quality Assurance Lead at iLAB starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Midcontinent Independent System Operator as a Software Quality Engineer II from May 2016 to November 2020. Adrienne also gained experience as a Test Manager at iLAB from September 2015 to May 2016, and as a Lead Quality Engineer at ProTrans International from November 2012 to September 2015. Before that, they worked as a Software Manager at Weaver Fundraising from December 2011 to November 2012. Adrienne also worked as a Software QA Tester at the State of Indiana Department of Education from April 2010 to December 2011 and as a QA Tester at CNO Financial Group from 1996 to 2009.

Adrienne Olvera-Gordon, CTFL attended Carmel High School from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their High School Diploma. Adrienne then enrolled in the University of Southern Indiana from 1992 to 1993. Additionally, they have some affiliation with Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, although the specific details regarding their enrollment are not provided.
