Thomas Reed is an experienced professional in the fields of education and corporate training, currently serving as the Teaching and Learning Manager at ILA Vietnam since July 2022, where management of a large, multi-national team is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Corporate Academic Coordinator, focusing on developing learning schedules and materials for various sectors, and demonstrated strong project management skills. At AEON Corporation, contributions as a Corporate Training and Development Officer resulted in a 95% customer satisfaction rate, along with a successful track record as an Instructor. Thomas has also worked with Celsius Graduate Recruitment Limited, DFID, and The Tab, where skills in marketing and journalism were honed. Thomas is pursuing advanced degrees in psychology, with studies at the University of Liverpool and the University of Cambridge, complementing a foundational education in International Relations from Aberystwyth University.
