Ryan McDonnell is an experienced professional in the fields of education and strength and conditioning. Currently serving as an English Language Teacher at ILA Vietnam since March 2024, Ryan has previously worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer at F23 Fitness and as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Breaffy GAA. Additionally, Ryan has teaching experience in English and Physical Education from a position in Spain. Ryan's background includes roles in customer service at Amazon, as well as various positions in the fitness industry, starting from a Personal Trainer at CSULB LifeFit Center to multiple coaching roles at the University of Limerick. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning from Atlantic Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Limerick.
