Vin Batra is the Founder and Senior Managing Director at Soravine Advisors since May 2021, specializing in financings, M&A, special situations, and financial advisory. In addition, Vin serves as a Board Member for IL Mulino New York and has held independent board director positions for multiple companies including Buffets LLC, OCB Restaurant Company, LLC, Tahoe Joe's, Hometown Buffets, Inc., Alamo Ovation, LLC, FIRE MOUNTAIN RESTAURANTS, LLC, and Ryan's Restaurant Group, LLC from January 2021 to January 2022. Prior to these roles, Vin was the Managing Director at Configure Partners, LLC, where responsibilities included leading New York's investment banking practice and managing significant transactions in the consumer business sector. Vin's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.Com in Management and Finance from Panjab University.
