Richard Shinder is the Founder and Managing Partner at Theatine Partners, an investment banking and fiduciary services advisory boutique established in April 2020. In addition to this role, Richard serves as Chairman of the Board at Muth Mirror Systems and IL Mulino New York, and holds directorship positions at Klein Hersh, Dragonfly, GLAMSQUAD, and previously at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, Samson Oil and Gas USA, Inc., and Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan. Richard's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BBA in Finance from Gonzaga University.
